We offer 401(k) plans for employees in temp construction jobs through C&B. Our 401(k) plan means you can get started on putting aside what you need to build a strong foundation for retirement.

• You can enroll in our 401(k) retirement savings plan after working 1,000 hours on assignment with our construction employment agency. Work must happen within a 12-month period. Sign up begins the first day of each calendar quarter.
• We offer a number of different fund options to choose from. You can give 1% to 100% of your pay, up to $16,500 in 2009. If you’re over age 50, you may donate $5,500 extra each year. Payment limits may vary based on pay.
• C&B may match a portion of your contribution at the end of each calendar year, with full vesting after two years.

Workers placed on our construction jobs can cash in on extra benefits where applicable*:

• Short-Term Disability: C&B employees in California, New York and New Jersey can collect income if they’re unable to work due to a nonwork related injury or illness.
• Paid Family Leave: C&B employees in California can receive income if they’re unable to work because they’re providing care for an ill family member.
• Discounted Entertainment Tickets: California C&B employees can get discount tickets for movies and various attractions throughout the state.
